Shipping Method

1.For Flat Rate Shipping, we ship your package by Post service which takes about 7 to 25 business days to most countries in the world. Please be advised that the shipping time can be affected by factors such as time of the year, severe weather and other disruptions. These are outside our control. The standard shipping times are as follows:

a) For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 7 to 14 business days.

b) For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 7 to 25 business days.

c) For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.

d) For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.

2.For Standard Rate Shipping, we ship your package by Express Mail Service (EMS), which takes 6 -10 business days to almost any country in the world. Usually the tracking number will be trackable on these sites, 1 to 2 days after we have shipped the goods.

3.For Expedited Rate Shipping, we ship by DHL, Fedex or UPS depending on your location. Normally they can ship to all major destinations in 3 - 7 business days.

4.For Free shipping, we dispatch using Hong Kong Post Shipping.

5.We ship all of our goods directly from the factory, which is located in Shenzhen, South East China, and is adjacent to Hong Kong.

6.You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

Important Notes

• Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.

• All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

• Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

• It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

• zoeprom ships all packages from our warehouse and distribution center.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

What is item processing time?

After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.
